STUDIO CIRIOTTO

The Practice

Understand first.
Then decide.

Studio Ciriotto is founded on the belief that design begins by taking seriously what has been entrusted to us.

We bring together technical expertise, experience and attentive listening to understand each situation, assess alternatives, anticipate critical issues and shape a viable path forward.

Architecture, urban planning and BIM methodology are not separate disciplines. They are complementary tools for combining quality, feasibility and responsibility.

Our approach

We do not begin with drawings.
We begin by listening.

The client’s requirements, the available documents, the conditions of the site and the objectives to be achieved are brought together in a report: a shared starting point.

The project progresses in stages, with time and budget reviewed together. When a deviation emerges, we make it explicit, discuss it and return to the process of verification.

Design is not a straight line. It means moving forward, returning to dialogue, making adjustments and validating the outcome once again.

  1. 01
    Listen

Gather the client’s needs, expectations and priorities.

  2. 02
    Define

Turn the information collected into clear, shared objectives.

  3. 03
    Discuss

Compare alternatives, constraints and consequences before making decisions.

  4. 04
    Design in stages

Develop the project through progressive, verifiable steps.

  5. 05
    Review time and budget

Monitor costs, deadlines and feasibility throughout the process.

  6. 06
    Reassess and validate

Address deviations and confirm decisions together.

It is a cyclical process.
At every stage, trust is not requested. It is earned.

Surveying, point clouds and modelling

From digital survey
to model.

Laser-scanner surveying and point-cloud processing provide an accurate understanding of the geometry, deformation and relationships within an existing building. From this knowledge base, we develop survey drawings and information models that faithfully reflect the as-built condition.

Modelling is therefore not separate from surveying: it is its operational development, supporting project coordination, information extraction and clearer decision-making.

Architect Piero Ciriotto is certified by ICMQ as a BIM Manager in accordance with UNI 11337-7:2018 and UNI/PdR 78:2020 (certificate no. 23-01932).

Contact

Every project begins
with a conversation.

It may begin with a clearly defined need, a place or a question that is still open. Before looking for a solution, we seek to understand what needs to become possible.
