2. Data processed

During ordinary use of this website, its IT systems and hosting service may process technical data required for operation and security, including IP address, date and time of the request, requested resource, response status and browser information.

When a user contacts the Practice by email or certified email, the data and information they choose to provide are processed, including the contact details needed to reply.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Technical data are processed to provide and secure the website, prevent misuse and investigate anomalies, on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interest.

Data supplied voluntarily are used to respond to requests, perform pre-contractual activities requested by the data subject and comply with any applicable legal obligations.

4. Retention

Communications are retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where a professional relationship is established, for the periods required by applicable law and the protection of the controller’s rights.

Technical logs are retained by the hosting provider for the period established by its service terms and as required for security, business continuity and investigation of misuse.

5. Recipients and service providers

Data may be processed by technical providers acting on the controller’s behalf, insofar as necessary to provide and secure the website, and by parties to whom disclosure is required by law.

The website is hosted by Aruba S.p.A., Via San Clemente 53, 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG), Italy, which provides the technical hosting services.

6. Cookies, analytics and external services

The website does not use analytics, profiling, advertising, embedded maps, external videos or other tracking systems. No non-technical cookies are installed.

The “Open in Google Maps” link leads to an external website only when selected by the user. From that point, Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply; Google operates independently of the Practice.

7. Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access to, rectification or erasure of their data, restriction of processing and, where applicable, data portability. They may object to processing based on legitimate interest and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
